This collection of 8-10 local, non-competing business leaders (Owners, Presidents, CEO’s) meet for 3-4 hours once a month, to engage in a confidential, facilitated discussion regarding the business issues they are facing. Issues are identified, peer-analyzed, and actionable plans are created for business leaders to execute between meetings. These executives are held accountable by the group for completion of their agreed-upon actions. Between the monthly meetings, each executive meets individually with the facilitator for up to 2 hours of private, face-to-face discussion of more specific issues regarding their particular business.
