The 3 tenets of Junior Achievement:
- Work Readiness
- Financial Literacy
give students what they will need to succeed in the world they will enter upon graduation, Lake told the audience of about 80 people.
“I love fielding questions from the students at both of these levels. They are insightful, and sometimes challenging. They want to know how what they are learning in the classrooms today will help them when they enter into employment. I answer from my own experience as both an employee and an independent business owner.”
