What We Offer:

Far too many times, we have seen people who have been “promoted” to a supervisory/manager position because they were the “subject matter experts,” without any experience in leadership.  Left undeveloped they sooner or later achieve a level of “incompetence” that prevents them from being successful. While we prefer to proactively develop an individual for a leadership role, more often than not, we get called in for “remedial” help.

Either way, we work one-to-one with each individual to assess, determine abilities, and coach to those abilities.  We introduce best-practice skills and tools to help them develop into leaders that people WANT to follow.

A customized schedule is set up with the requesting organization after initial assessment interviews.  Most coaching contracts need only 6-12 months, depending on the leadership development needs of the individual.
