The Great 8 is a “peer advisory” group made up of up to 8, non-competing small business owners who want to work ON their business – not just IN their business.
Strategy, Structure, and Support are the three primary areas we focus on in our monthly meeting cycles. Each cycle includes:
- GROUP MEETING – the 8 owners meet together in a 90-minute, facilitated discussion focusing on the issues they are facing in running their business.
- INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION – between the group meetings, each leader receives 1 hour of private conversation with Executive Coach, John Lake.
