Behavioral Style Profile
The number one challenge of American industry today is the development of interpersonal relationships. The key is that we must strengthen these skills so that we might all work harmoniously together.
The ability to understand, to relate and work with the people unlike ourselves is a necessity in today’s workplace.
This involves understanding the value of differences among people and how these differences need to work together for the greatest good to the organization and the people who work for the organization.
We call it the ability to ADAPT.
What’s So Different About The Perception Profile?
Unlike other behavioral style assessments, the individual being assessed does NOT complete a survey. It is done completely by others – those who regularly interact with the individual. The the personal bias is removed because the behavioral style analysis is based solely on the observations of those other people.
Then What?
Once the survey is complete, the results are presented in a classroom environment with a workshop that covers the basics of understanding emotional intelligence – how to use this new knowledge in the real world environments – work, social, family.
From there, the workshop moves to a more environmentally specific application:
- Customer Service
- Teamwork
- Leadership
- Interpersonal Communication
The subjects are limitless once the participant is grounded in the basics.
